We are a walk in clinic with cases generally seen in the order you arrive. Occasionally there may be something more serious that requires more immediate attention.
Our customer service specialists will gather information about you and your pet to get you registered in our system. A technician or assistant will then triage your pet by getting vital signs and getting more information from you as to why they are being seen. We make our best effort to see euthanasia requests as promptly as possible to avoid adding the additional stress of a wait time to an already difficult experience.
Here For Your Pets
You will be placed in a room with your pet, where you will be seen by a veterinarian to do an exam and discuss possible options for you and your pet. An estimate will be done for all diagnostics and treatments so there will be no surprises at check out. While we try to offer the ideal diagnostic and treatment plan for your pet, we understand not every family has resources available. You will be involved in the decision making process from both a medical and a financial perspective and our goal is to provide the best possible care for your pet within your budget.
